Building Process

Select your home & Process Tender

  • Meet our home specialist who will demonstrate best designs and façade’s suitability for your land and develop guideline
  • Site visit and order primary report includes soil test, contour survey, site inspection report, wind rating report, preliminary drawing, and new home tender preparation.
  • Issue you a new home tender which will present your requested items and will confirm the costings.
  • Tender acceptance and pay the deposit to prepare the home building contract with architectural full phase drawings.

Plan presentations and selections

  • Congrats! your dream home plans are prepared. We will present the drawings where shows any of your changes, façade selections and inclusions
  • Review the plan with our specialist and signing for the contract
  • This stage you need to pay for the balanced 5% of the contract value
  • Here you will be choosing your tiles, colours, and lighting that you wanted to see on your dream home

Building Contract and Plans Submission

  • Our architect will finalise the plans and advise you the final adjustments if needed for BASIX assessment
  • Provide proof of finance approval from your bank gives notice that construction of the works may commence.

Selection - Internal

  • Now you have completed another milestone and lets meets our suppliers consultant to selecting your dream wall colour, kitchen colour, materials bathroom fittings, tile/Carpet, and electrical appliances, etc
  • Generation home specialist will guide you through what is included in your tender and provide a variation to you with anything that is over or under your tender

Approvals

  • Sign off your final construction plans and also sign off any variations
  • Provide landscaping plan for your covenant approval application
  • Submit to the council for your building approval
  • Once building approval, covenant approval and land registration received then we can confirm the construction start date

Construction

  • We should have received the Commence construction approval from your bank and let’s kick start to build your Dream home.
  • In the meantime, our procurement team already being processed your preferred materials
